Overall sir you have a good profile. Solid career. Good grades. Some nice community service. You are maybe too young to have a lot of experience and management, and as such a LOT will depend on your GMAT. You aren't from a "Traditional" (i.e. consulting/finance/IT) background, but in this case it's rather an advantage, as Pharma is marching strong these days.
a LOT will depend on two things:
1. Your GMAT (you know that! but extra in your case)
2. How clear and logical your career goals are.
3. How much a good of a case you can make for your potential to transfer your knowledge to the "Business side of things". You are now on the "Science" side, and not everybody makes the transition well. If you can show us some aptitude for it, it's gonna help.
Your school list is a good one to start with. You may adjust it once you get your GMAT back, but let's wait on that!
So good luck on your exam!
And if you got any other follow up questions, you know where to find us.
Peace out,
