You have a lot of very good stuff in your profile - Corporate law, Skadden, a 730 and military, (and intelligence to boot! and with leadership!!!). With a good strong application, and good stories (focus on LEADERSHIP!! And also how you will apply your corporate law experience to your goals), you would have a shot at any school out there, even lovely old HBS
