Well, your GMAT,a s you know will make things very tough for you. I mean you are WAY down there on the scale. 10th percentile or below. Which means that these schools will have to have a VERY good reason to take you on. Now, your work experience seems good. Very good even. I'm missing details here about your experience, but your work experience needs to be more than very good, it needs to be insanely amazing to make up for your GMAT. The schools will just have too many other strong candidates. Besides that, you should definitely consider other schools at which your GMAT would be more competitive, because if you just apply to these two schools, it's possible you will come away with no admit.
Your other option, would be to retake the GMAT.
