Work experience is a bit light, with the bulk of the top 30 programs seeing 3-5 years on average, but if your experience has been progressively responsible and impactful on your organization, you would be in a good spot to apply. GPA is a bit low, but schools understand that engineering is a difficult major and demands much, often resulting in lower marks. Startup experience is good, particularly if you can quantify your impact and the company is successful. I would aim for schools ranked 10-20, many of which are often overlooked and are light on international applicants. It's going to be a good couple of years to try and get into schools in the US in particular with the down economy preventing the voluminous applications which typically flood in.
