Profile Evaluation: Indian Male, WE of 4 years in IT

Hello,
Please evaluate my profile and provide your valuable suggestions. I am a 26 year old Indian male with the below details.
1) Brief description of your full-time work experience.
Total of 4 years experience in IT. Will be 4.5 by the time of program commencement. I have been working on ERP software (SAP) with specialization in Security and Compliance of the systems, adhering to SOX guidelines which includes segregation of duties and many others. The work is not just related to technical aspect but involves the functional knowledge of the business tasks on the basis of which the security of the SAP systems is determined. This is done by segregating risky activities between different individuals.
[*]Capgemini : April 2015 till present (5 months)
Working as a SAP consultant (Security & Compliance) for a multinational client based in Europe, I have been interacting with business users from more than 5 countries across Asia and Europe. I am in charge of developing security roles and conducting compliance checks (Audit) in the systems, thereby eliminating SOX violations.
[*]Accenture : October 2011 to March 2015 (3 yrs & 5 months)
Having worked as a software analyst in SAP (Security & Compliance) for a multinational client with operations in more than 10 countries across globe, I have interacted with clients from Asia, Australia, Europe, US.
Promoted to Analyst level in March 2013
Have led a team internally to complete business tasks on a daily basis. Have also been a mentor to many associates. Few client appreciations as well. Have independently worked on complex deliverables for which I have been appreciated.
2) Your GMAT.
GMAT 1 : 590 (Q:48, V:24, AWA: 5.5, IR:6)
GMAT 2 : 680 (Q:49, V:33, AWA: 5 , IR:6)
3) College info:
Did my engineering in Electronics & Telecommunications from a well recognized institution (top 5) under University of Mumbai.
Grades: 69% marks in final year (within top 20% group) and average of 66% (4 years). Remarks: Passed with First Class
Year of Graduation: May 2011
HSC (10+2): 93.5% (2nd in college and one of the top 20 scorers in Mumbai). Interviewed by a national newspaper for this performance. Earned Scholarship of INR 48,000 for meritorious performance
SSC (10): 87.7% (3rd in school). Awarded scholarships individually for securing 1st place in two subjects in school
4) Significant college and post-college extra-curricular activities or community service, especially leadership experience.
[*]Chairperson of student branch (one of the largest in the country) of IEEE Communications society in 2010
[*]Secretary of student branch of IEEE Communications society in 2009
Holding the above positions in the society, I along with few other fellow senior members have led many teams of individuals and organized various events in the college including a national level festival with a response of 5000+ participants.
[*]Led the football team to win the Bronze medal in the Bombay Tournament (recognized by the state government) in 2004
[*]Won the Championship Trophy for all round performance in 6 sporting events (Running 100m-200m-400m-5km, Long Jump, Football) in 2003
[*]Represented the junior college team of 3 members in Table Tennis at District level in 2006 and won the Table tennis tournament for new joiners at Accenture, Mumbai.

7) When you plan to apply?
R1/R2 for 2016 intake
8) Your post-MBA goal.
I want to know the in and out of how an organization works with emphasis on finance. Want to reach the top of ladder in the organization.
Q1] Please advise the programs for which I should apply with the above profile. Any additions would be highly appreciated.
Q2] Please advise what I need to do in case the above programs are out of reach.
Q3] Are the high school scores (HSC & SSC) and achievements irrelevant for the applications?
