Thanks for your posting.
First of all, I want to emphasize that you come from a very competitive demographic so competition to all of these programs is going to be challenging. This is especially the case as your grades are slightly below competitive levels so this means that your GMAT score has to be high to compensate for this.
As for your chances of being admitted to these various programs -- another general rule the MBA programs are more difficult to get into that MFin programs (with there being a few exceptions like MIT and LBS). Of the schools you listed, I would say that your chances are best at Cass, NUS and HKUST; and lower at LBS. As for getting into Yale, MIT and Kellogg -- I would say that your chances are low and would advise against it. If you are interested in American MBA programs, I would look at Rice, Notre Dame, Emory, Washington U, and Rochester.
Regardless of which programs you apply to, you are going to have to submit a compelling application -- including strong essays, recommendations, resume, etc. This is all the more critical as there are so many similar candidates that you have to work hard and be creative in making your experiences and goals unique and compelling.
If you are considering using an admissions consultant, please consider Manhattan Review. We believe that we have the best consultants in the industry. In fact, we are the only consulting firm that exclusively employs former admissions officers at top 5 programs.
Good luck.
