Hey there and thanks for dropping in,
Soooo ,let's cut straight to the chase: You have a better career than most people, but I think your school list is a bit overly ambitious. Whether you want to go with it anyhow is up to you, but basically your UG GPA alone is enough to put you out of the running not only for HBS, but for Top 10 schools. Especially if you went to a non-target school (and unless you attended IIT, this is most likely the case). Although your Masters grades are fine, they aren't so stellar as to make up for your UG grades. So that is obstacle one. Obstacle two is of course demographic. Thankfully there, you have the distinct advantage of years of work in the US, although I'm not sure once again this will make a difference for Top 10 schools who can pick and choose as they like anyhow.

Sooooo, I'm afraid my news for you is not fantastic but I feel better tell it like it is, and then you decide how to move on forward. All the schools on your list right now are stretches, so if you really want to make it into B-school this year, I'd suggest re-adjusting it.

Although you did mention that you want to "reset your career", you didn't mention what your goals actually might be! IF you can get more specific I may be able to make some suggestions.

If you have any questions, comments, thought, feel free to share them...
