The Ivies may find you to be a bit long in the tooth, since they tend to favor younger applicants, although the word is HBS has been sneaking in a few older thant 30 types lately. Still HBS is a reach for anyone and I fear there is little in your core profile to differentiate you from the large number of other Indian males with an IT and engineering background. You should be able to get into some of your target schools with a well crafted application, though. All the key elements seem to be there. Still you seem a bit old for only 6 years of work experience--did you go to grad school full time? I would say one weakness I see in your profile is your post MBA vision...doesn't sound very inspiring to say you want to "reset your career," and b-schools hate it when applicants seem like they are using the MBA simply as a ticket to a new job. They like to see the MBA as a carefully planned component to their careers. Work on your career vision and cast a compelling story to the adcoms that will make an impression.
