-7 years and 2 months of experience in Automobile industry in India.
-Currently working as Senior Manager in Tata Cummins ltd.(since last 3 years 2 months) -Worked with Bajaj Auto ltd. as Assistant Manager(4 years)
Job Profile Handled Projects,Machine Installations,Maintenance & Shop Operations during last 7 years of professional exp. Sound knowledge of Automations and Robots used in automobile industry. Lead Teams of diff. sizes(5-20 members) Supervised Shop floor for production activities(150-230 workers)
GMAT Score:680(Quant: 50,Verbal:31)
Need to know suitable programs for my profile?
As of Now,I am aiming for ISB & XLRI and have planned to take GMAT again in NOV,13

You come from a large applicant pool, Indian engineer, similar level of engineering work experience, similar or higher GMAT. So the competition will be tough at top ranked business schools. In terms of matching schools to your profile, it really depends on what your post-MBA goals are and where you'd like to work, where you'd like to study, etc. It is very important in a b-school application to show a solid plan and make a case for WHY you need that MBA... so be sure to have a carefully thought out career plan in order to have a chance of acceptance at a reputable program.
