Hello, thanks for sharing your profile.
Your work experience seems pretty solid...good progression with team lead responsibilities plus some projects in the US. Keep in mind that MANY consultants apply to b-school so be thinking about how you can differentiate. Perhaps it's something about your passion for supply chain work and how that became your preferred field. Or perhaps it's something else you didn't share! Your extracurriculars seem a little light / standard, but not a dealbreaker.
I think the biggest concern I have is academics...have you considered retaking the GMAT? That seems like the "easiest" way to improve your profile. ISB's median is close to 700 so you'll need to aim for that level, perhaps even slightly above since your GPA is not stellar. BITS is a good school though so that will help you.
Make sure you're being very specific about your career goals and also explaining the timing...since you already have 7 years experience and you plan to stay in supply chain, why do you need an MBA right now? Try to have a few specific skills / competencies that you plan to develop during the MBA program so it's very clear that your post-MBA role will be a step up.
Good luck and keep us posted if we can help!
