Program: MBA(FT)
Area of interest in MBA : Tech Private Equity
GMAT: 760 (49q, 45v)
GPA: 3.4 Finance (Wharton)/Engineering
Grad School: 3.6, Top 5 U.S. Law School
WE: 4 years at matriculation (1 yr. academia, 3 years as an M&A Attorney at a Vault 10 firm)
Other Qualifications: CFA (1,2,3), Bar license in 2 states.
Nationality: Asian American
Age: 29

Extra-curriculars/community: Martial Arts, Alumni Clubs (not much time for an outside life with 80+ hrs a week of work)
Career Goal: ST: To join a leveraged finance group in an iBank or a mm PE fund; LT: to raise my own PE fund.

I'm applying to H/W/S, but I've heard that they (HBS especially) dislike practicing lawyers. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
