Hello,

I am trying to figure out what my options are and how I should proceed. Here is my situation.

28 years old male
Graduated in 2005 with an Econ degree from SJSU and have been working in the financial sector since.
College GPA = 2.5
Have about 5 years of work experience in other fields while I was in college.

Basically my choices because of where I live and work are SJSU and SCU. So my question is, is SCU even an option for me? If so, what range of gmat score should I be aiming for?

And if my only choice happens to be SJSU, is it worth going for?

I don't know offhand the GMAT averages for these schools. You should be able to find that on the schools' respective websites.

A rule-of-thumb is the school's incoming GMAT average +/- 40 points is the range that most admits will have (i.e. the middle 80%).
