Your GPA isn't really a huge issue, since you didn't go to a US school (for internationals, it's more about GMAT).

If you're looking to work in Europe or Asia, then by all means apply to INSEAD and LBS - you have an outside shot at either of them. Your sweet spot schools there are more likely Oxford, Cambridge, IE, IESE, ESADE.

If you're looking to work in the US, I'd focus on schools like Ross, Darden, Duke, Haas, UCLA, NYU, Cornell, Yale. And then schools outside the top 16 such as USC, Texas, Georgetown, etc. as safeties.
