Hello Mehul!
Good job on your academic background, it's clear that you've worked hard thus far in your career.
Put more focus on your professional achievements. It's difficult to advise where to focus without knowing more specifics of your time at the IT company. Describe what you've accomplished there -- what brought about your client appreciations? Have you had any leadership opportunity there? What sort of team interactions do you work with? It's important to show admissions what you've done and what you're capable of, not just the responsibilities you've had in generic terms.
Also focus on your short and long-term goals. Why do you want to pursue an MBA? It isn't clear from this brief profile, which is something that you can develop in your full resume and essays.
Let us know what you think!
