You have a good profile and the added benefit of an international perspective that will be out of the ordinary, but in order to fully leverage this advantage, you will need to passionately articulate why your perspective will be valuable to classmates. The schools you are targeting are the best in the world, and these schools deny admission every year to fully qualified applicants like yourself. For this reason, you should always have a backup plan, and in your case, I do not see one. Of course if you are flexible enough to try again next year if the numbers simply don't work in your favor, you can apply as a reapplicant, but in the best case, you are offered interviews and ultimately admission this year. I don't really see any weaknesses at first blush, other than IT being a fairly common background for international applicants (thus making it tough to stand out). You will definitely need to tighten up your short and long term vision since b-schools will question breaking into VC world as a newly minted MBA (not common). You mention having VC experience, but it doesn't seem to be the predominant experience in your career. Ultimately, you will need to weave everything together into a compelling narrative, and if you do so, I believe you will get some attention from your target schools. Let us know if we can help.
