Hi
I will be grateful on your suggestions on my profile.

Indian, Male, 26 Years.
GMAT : 710 - 50(Q), 37(V)
Mechanical Engg. from one of the top 10 Indian University. Top 5% in class.

Work Ex : 3 years,India. Working as Senior Field Engineer for second biggest Oil and Gas Exploration service company worldwide...work involves extracting data/information on oil/gas prospects at location.Lead various multicultural(nationalities) teams of 3-5 co-workers.working in teams always.staying in remote locations and offshore rigs.
2 promotions in 3 years.
International Exposure : US (4months); UK(1 month); Dubai(2weeks) for training purpose; Bangladesh (1month) for work project - earned 1 million$ in a month for the company.

EC: Not much. Member of SPE(Society of Petroleum Engg.) ;participating/organizing tech-fests and volunteer teaching work in college days. but once started with job, didnt get much time.

Post MBA goals: still evaluating. Open to a various career paths for now.

My target schools are:
LBS, Said(Oxford), Tuck, Stern, Cornell, McCombs, ISB.

From what you have written you have a strong application, although you will need to focus on your essays and recommendations to differentiate your candidacy from a competitive talent pool. I recommend that you read this case study:
