My target schools are:

Given the profile (gmat score and WE) do you think i have a shot at one of H/W/K.

Also i hear for India applicants the average GMAT threshold for admission is higher than the class GMAT average. Your views?

I would like to stay outside India only (for at least 5-6 years). Open to both UK and US. And if things go well i would actually like to settle abroad.

Keep in mind that you should be choosing schools based on a combination of what kinds of jobs you are going for, as well as locations you prefer to live/work in post-MBA (i.e. west coast, east coast, mid west, south, texas, etc. and whether you prefer the US over the UK).

Saying you have no career goal preferences, and no real location preferences is like walking into a grocery store and saying "I'm thirsty, I don't care what I drink, pick something for me".

To be honest, look at schools outside the top 8. Any of them - choose ones based on personal preference. Top 8 schools are stretches or long shots.
