Thanks Paul. I can make a direction based on your sugestions.
I have some personal constraints now hence I can't look for MBA before 2009-fall. This is the one that I couldn't change.

Coming to my goals - since I am more into healthcare field now, I think it would be easy for me to continue on it. Also I am thinking of writing some certificates to get some more credentials. What do you say about certificates? Besides healthcare, I am interested in general management.

How about my leadership examples that I listed in my previous post? Do they give me any edge?

The Michigan, you mentioned was ROSS or Braod?. I dont see the healthcare empoyment history by function from these colleges? Can you please clarify?

sarangadhar,

Certificates are of value in showing your motivation to gain knowledge of a discipline, but earning one does not help you as an academic credential because there's no selectiveness in getting admitted to them, usually.

Your leadership examples are excellent but because they seem to have occurred in college they are too old to help you much. If they are recent and especially if they are ongoing they would help you.

By Michigan I meant Ross. I'm sorry I don't have a breakdown on employment history of B-school students that shows healthcare.

Good luck,
