Extracurriculars: Social chair of the company I work in, in charge of all the integration events, working close with the HR department In charge (with another senior analyst) of the private equity course teached by the PE fund management in my former undergrad school, also in charge of theaching one class related to capital raising. Was part time instructor of several courses in my former undergrad school including Investment Decisions and Portfolio Theory Actual member of the executive council and treasurer of a non traditional education NGO in Peru (member since 2010), leading more than 40 people in the organization (all volunteers). Co founder of a NGO devoted to help micro entrepeneurs in Peru.
Short term goal: I want to work in finance after my MBA probably PE or Investment baking in NY Long term goal: Return to Peru and start a PE fund related to education and health, wich are highly underpenetrated in my country.

Thanks for your post. Your numbers indicate that you have the intellect and focus to thrive in a top tier MBA program. Nothing about your story makes me think there is any reason why you cannot be admitted, but nothing stands out telling me why you should be admitted. All of the reasons why a top program would admit you are in the details of your work experience, personal experiences, personality, values and overall story.
