This is a tough question my man. It depends on a lot of things
1. How much better can you do?
2. How much time/effort would you need to put into it to get it?
3. If you are applying for full-time or EMBAs.

A 710 is a very good score, but as you know a bit less good for many Chinese and Indian applicants who skyrocket the GMAT. So first thing to think about is "is 20 points really gonna make a difference?" And to be honest, in your case not that much. Buuuut if you're talking about 60-70 points, then maybe its worth it.

Buuuut if you are applying to full time MBAs you need to apply NOW. You are on the upper edge of the normal age ranges for most schools, and as an Indian applicant from a Tech background you are coming form a tough applicant pool, which means you need to apply now and first round to give yourself any extra advantage you can get.
