How much your GPA hurts will depend on issues like (a) why was it low -- were there specific external events/factors, e.g., a job, health issue etc.?, (b) was it uneven overtime or did it get better, (c) how you did in the tougher quant courses, (d) how rigorous was the school etc. Depending on your answers you may want to try to raise your GMAT score and/or take some specific courses to offset the undergrad GPA.
Another issue will be leadership: you don't say much about it and you imply that there's none of it outside of work. This could hurt you and might make some of your non-US targets difficult and most of your U.S. mid-tier targets very unlikely. I would need to know your profile better to get more specific.
