Hi there,
Big decision! I totally understand it-- I came out of undergrad with a policy degree/intl development passion, wanting to go to law school (applied, got in), but meanwhile started working in the corporate world and loved it. Spoke with enough lawyers to know that a legal career wasn't for me, and ultimately went down the MBA path.
I wouldn't undermine your work experience. Public sector experience can be very valued (and is quite unique) in an MBA candidate. It just depends what kind of work you've been doing and what degree of responsibility/leadership you've had. If you've had strong leadership/teamwork experience, that'll set you up well. If not, it'll be a bigger challenge.
Your academic background is very strong - great GPA, great GRE score. I do feel that the GMAT is more favorably viewed by most programs, but technically, if they accept the GRE, then they should consider it equally. Sounds like you have a great score (make sure it's not expired!).
I don't see much in the way of extracurriculars and/or community activities. This could be a major disadvantage in your profile for an MBA program. Ideally, you'd have strong leadership experience in these arenas (post-college).
All in all, I'd say that there might be a lack of strong leadership in your profile that would make H/S/W, Tuck, Sloan pretty tough from the MBA perspective. Not impossible, but not a guarantee either. I'd put them in the reach category for you (although I'm speaking without much information on your actual job/experience!).
Hope this helps,
Mili
