Hi I think top 10 universities are totally a different ball game, but yes you have a strong profile amongst the big pool of Chinese applicants. Looking at the profile it seems that u have a chance for top 10 , but it wil depend a lot on your essays.
You have an interesting profile. Strength lies in good GMAT, diverse and solid work experience along with good extra curricular activities. Have you started working on your applications? this is the ideal time to start and requires a good amount of work on application essays/recos to put forth strong case. So suggest you to start soon. You are targeting US schools and as a Canadian why not target top Canadian programs? is there any particular reason? Suggest you to consider 2-3 schools in top 20 range as safe schools as the top 10 programs are highly ambitious. Let me know if you have any questions...
Thanks Neha! Reason I am applying for top 10 programs is that I switching up my work places and working in different countries, and in that aspect top US schools definitely have a better reputation and recognition than top Canadian schools.
Just wondering, how would you predict my chances at top 10 schools to be? Thanks!
