From the info provided, I see some clear strengths (grad GPA, standardized tests, languages) and the weakness of a poor undergrad GPA
. This will be somewhat mitigated by the tests and grad performance. However, the work experience seems related neither to business overall nor to your goals.
Hence it’s a profile that just doesn’t add up, at least at this point, in my view. For a successful application to competitive programs, you need more than strength in each pillar of the application – academics, tests, and career – the pillars must support one structure. Obviously people do get admitted to top programs with unconventional backgrounds for business. But without understanding how it comes together to create a coherent picture and profile, I can’t yet assert that it’s a viable profile for top programs.
