nightwing79,
Very interesting profile. I would think you'd have a very good chance at MBS & AGSM given your 760 and generally good/interesting profile. I can't really comment on your scholarship chances. As a general rule, the more you are above a school's average stats for admitted applicants, the greater your chances for a scholarship offer to get you to come.
Your personal story (burns/reality show etc.), career choice, post-MBA career goals, country of origin, international exposure, etc. will all help you stand out, so given your GMAT score you could very well be competitive at some top 10 schools. Working against you are the many failing grades (you will need your explanation to be airtight), your age, and your apparent lack of current extracurricular/community leadership. Among the top US programs that place a measurable percentage of MBAs into HR-related fields are Kellogg, Columbia, Cornell, Michigan, UCLA, and UNC (in addition to the 3 you mentioned). So you may want to consider some of these schools. It's difficult to predict how schools will react to your unusual and not-blemish-free profile, so you may want to apply to as many schools as possible.
B-schools do check facts now and then, and especially if a story seems unusual (or fishy) to them. So make sure all your ducks are in a row.
Hope this helps,
