A 690 is hardly a bad score and your excellent GPA at a selective undergraduate school should reassure them if they have any doubts. You will also stand out to some extent because of your unusual HR-focused career. However, you weak extracurriculars and apparent lack of people leadership in your work hurt you, given that you are aiming relatively high:
NYU-Part time (applied): You are a semi-competitive candidate here
Yale (plan to apply in round 1): Probably more of a longshot than a competitive school for you (but doable if you execute well)
Cornell (plan to apply in round 1): Same as for Yale
Columbia: Not realistic IMO
Georgetown: You should be competitive here.
Virginia: Semi-longshot
Given your consulting goals, consider Duke, Emory, Babson, maybe UNC.
