From the information you’ve provided, I consider you to be a viable and competitive candidate for the programs you mention, Judge and Said. Your stats are fine. Your work experience is on the short side (this is the potential weakness), so in your essays highlight leadership, impact, and business exposure/involvement. Ensure the adcom will see that you bring as much to the table as a more experienced applicant.
Also I note the graduate business degree – if there is potential for the MBA to seem redundant (think about the courses that will appear in the transcript), be attentive to making a clear case for why you need the MBA.
For other one-year programs, I suggest looking at numerous European programs, e.g., IE, IESE, IMD.
