Thanks for submitting on our forum! My apologies for the delayed response. You're profile is not bad... it's great that you've made the transition out of the "Indian Male IT" demographic and into the consulting/advisory services field. However, it seems to me that your work is very independent in nature as it's on the transaction and assurance side of things... am I mistaken? Or are you regularly working on teams, interfacing with clients, leading projects, etc? This will in large part determine how competitive you are.
Academically, you are an average candidate. It would obviously improve your chances if you retake the GMAT, but obviously the timing is tight. I can't make that decision for you though -- it's a tradeoff/risk equation that only you can really make the call on. If you feel very confident about improving your score, you might want to go for it...
Your extracurriculars are stronger than you think - captain of football team, marathon participant -- these things show leadership. However, it seems you don't have any consistent or deep community work to point to. This would be a gap in your profile.
I'd say the schools on your list are within reach, though Wharton may be a long shot. You've got a nice mix of reach to safety programs here, so well done! I think your true targets with your current score are going to be Duke, Johnson, Stern.
Best of luck,
