Hi, mbapotato,
Thanks for your post. It is great that you are thinking about applying to business school already. It sounds like you will have some interesting work experience to point to. You will want to stay current with community service as a way to demonstrate your leadership and character to the admissions committee. Your GMAT is in the range, but your GPA is low for some of the top programs, particularly the US schools you list. If you can show that you progressed or have a reasonable explanation, you can address in Optional essays. You may also want to take a quantitative course to have a recent data point of your academic abilities. In terms of which program is right for you, I would recommend you think about your future career goals and what you need to learn. Also, think if there are any other criteria (geography, teaching style, program size, etc.) that are important to choose the program that is right for you.
Good luck,
Susan
