HKUST, CEIBS, Oxford and Cambridge are within reach - they're your sweet spots.
Stern is a stretch, but where you still have enough of a shot that it's worth at least applying to (or any school in that tier such as Cornell, Yale, Duke, Darden, Ross, UCLA). If you're looking for finance jobs, I'd look into adding either Cornell or Yale to this list.
Schools like Sloan, Booth, Columbia, Tuck, Kellogg and Haas are big stretches or maybe even long shots. I would limit this list to 0-1 school -- treat them as your lottery ticket.

Is my verbal score(35, 74 percentile) enough for the mba in oxford, cambridge. I heard that some mba in UK/US prefer a verbal score with at least 80 percentile.

Moreover, does my AWA score (4) hurt a lot? do I need to retake gmat again??

You should be fine with those scores. The 80% rule of thumb applies to the top 16 schools, and not the ones you're targeting.
