Hi Paul,
Can you please evaluate my profile.

In Crux:
GMAT: 650 (49,30). AWA: 4.5
Acads: Under Grads: 74/100
Work X: 3+ in IT industry. Worked for CIGNA corporation thru out. started as a program developer and grown up to manage a sizeable team. I also have 1+ years of US experience. (worked for CIGNA and provided solutions to critical problems while also managing a team sitting at India).
Hopng to get really good Recos from my managers(CIGNA).
Decent xtra curricular and sports:
School: Studied in a boarding school run by Indian Army, and was the school captian in my last term there. Had to manage all the students and also co-ordinate all the school activities.
College: conducted very many symphosiums, participated in lots of NGO (Is a rotary Club member) activities.
My area of interest is in logistics & supply Chain.

I did do some research and came up with the below list of colleges. Could you please let me know of my % chance of getting into each one of these.
University of North Carolina - Kenan - Flager
Indiana State Univ - Kelly
Purdue - Krannert School of Management
University of Maryland - Smith
Michigan State University - Broad
Ohio State University - Fisher
Pennsylvania State University - SmealT
Thunderbird school of managenment - For Global Management only
Arizona State University - Carey
University of Arizona - Eller
University of Iwoa - tippie
University of Tennessee - Knoxville
Texas A&M - Mays
University of Cincinnati - 1 Year MBA,

I know I do have a typical Indian Profile and that too with a very low GMAT score. If you do have some college names that you can suggest for this profile plz let me know.

Sathyacbe,

I think you have an excellent chance of admission at the following schools: Cincinnati, Texas A&M, Tennessee, Arizona (Eller), Thunderbird, and Michigan State.

I think you are competitive at the following schools: Iowa, Penn State, Maryland, Arizona State (Carey), Ohio State, and Indiana.

UNC and Purdue may be semi-reaches for you, but doable ones, so by all means apply there.

Hope this helps,

Sathya,

I do indeed review B-school essays, though I do hope to receive remuneration for doing so. Please send your essays to me at pbodine@accepted.com and I'll give you a free time estimate.
