Things look pretty good from here. You have solid numbers and a solid background all around. Plus some management experience. And, being from the Philippines, you are from one of the Asian countries where they see fewer candidates, which will only act in your advantage. Plus, being a poet to boot! (don't forget to use some of your wordsmithy skills when you write your application)
I would say that your sweet spot is in schools that are in the Top 20, out of the top 5. So Ross, Hass, Tepper, Anderson, McCombs, Johnson. Plus I would say apply to one or three dream schools (depending on your available time) so a Wharton, or Sloan or Kellogg. And then add one school in as a "Safety school" and your strategy is set.
Finally, as you say "there is much to be done" in your country, SHOW them that you know EXACTLY what there is to be done, but getting veeeeery specific about your goals, enmeshing your personal vision with the Telecom future of your country.
