Hey dude,
Great to hear from you! And what a fantastic GMAT! (Go pat yourself on the shoulder there dude...)
so let's jump straight into things....
Strengths:
- GMAT!
- GPA
- Good employer
- Managing a restaurant
Weaknesses:
- Indian/IT guy
- Low work experience for your industry
- Weak volunteer work and extra curriculars (from what I can see)
- Non-IIT/NIT
My first thought is that if you want to go to the best school you can get into, aim to apply R1 next year, and this year improve what you can - mainly your volunteer work and activities (like try and join some international prestigious institute as a volunteer, and ideally something where you can lead and/or initiate).
What do you think?
Best,
Jon
