Your work experience is great, especially with the promotions. Why did you switch banks after 1.5 years? Is the new one better, if so that is a good reason.
Of course the GPA will have to be explained, that will be a big barrier to overcome, though the GMAT does compensate for it a little bit.
What do you want to do post MBA? What type of program are you looking for?
I see you at a place like NYU or (more of a reach- Columbia), would you like to fine tune your finance skills or expand broader?
You could also look at a program like Yale which has a great behavioral finance program, is a little easier to get into, and depending on your career path post MBA could be a decent (though not the best) fit.
I would like to explore the extra currics a little more, in terms of how much leadership you really had.
