Your GMAT and GPA aren't bad but I worry that they won't be enough to compensate for your age and the career setbacks you've faced. Yes, the economy has had its struggles, but the fact that you were downsized twice may worry the admissions committees (a bank will fight to hold onto its best employees in the face of a downsizing). If you can tell some amazing leadership stories, then you may have a chance at the programs you listed, but if you do not, then I feel you may be aiming too high. You may stand a chance at UNC and Austin as they will value your investment banking experience, but the other programs pretty much have their pick of applicants from this sector. I recommend broadening the range of programs to which you apply.
