You have many core essentials for a good application, and despite the fact your targeted school list is aspirational for any applicant, you seem to have enough of the "right stuff" to get you into a top 10 school. What I like about your profile is that you have several areas in which you could potentially stand out in the crowd, a very critical hurdle for anyone from India with an IT or Technology background. Your Master's degree you achieved in Germany and the fact that you currently work in the US will help differentiate you from others whose experience is more localized. Most applicants with a similar profile to yours are either on a Crickett team or manage one, so focus on the things you do that are different (such as the website you mentioned and the size of the league). Schools are going to want to see how you are involved in the community outside of recreation as well, and I can tell you that many Indians have NGO experience. You probably have been involved somewhere that you simply did not list, so make sure you demonstrate that you give back to your community in a philanthropic or civic way. The additional courses you took in business will demonstrate you are serious and it sounds like an interesting story about the animation company--definitlely not they typical kind of company one hears about, so leverage the uniqueness of this experience to weave a story which will tie into your short and long term MBA vision. Let us know if we can be helpful in pulling everything together.
