Good morning! Could you please evaluate my profile for my listed targets?

25 yr old Hispanic male.
GMAT: 700
Undergrad: Top 25 undergrad, 3.6 GPA in Finance
W.E. - 2 years in Finance/Accounting Development Program at F300, 1 year after in Financial Analyst Role
Extra curriculars- Big Brothers Big Sisters


Targets: Ross, Kellogg, Booth

Thanks for posting. From the information that you have written, I do not see any reason why you could not be accepted into those programs. One thing to remember though is that all of the reasons why a top program would admit you are in the details of your work experience, personal experiences, personality, values and overall story.
