For the sake of evaluation, let's assume a 720 GMAT.
Now, with your profile overall, I would say you are good enough to apply to pretty much any school you like. The top of the top will be quite challenging (H/S/W/LBS/Booth/Sloan) but you would still have a shot, and at the rest in the top 20, you would be competitive.
Still, there are three things that will be very important for you:
1. Uniqueness - you have good stuff, but in what you wrote here you haven't told me anything I haven't heard before.... so try and find one unique selling point for your profile.
2. Career Arc - It's a bit choppy, so I would suggest doing what you can to ensure that each move makes sense in terms of what you want to do, and that all your career moves should somehow fit in with your goals.
3. Great essays - The final thing that will get you in is being interesting, curious, knowledgeable, passionate, creative in your essays. This will also help out with number one.
