Thanks for posting your profile. Overall, I'd say it's a competitive profile, but I don't see the kind of leadership experience that would make Harvard or Stanford within reach. I think these would be stretch programs for you (as they are for most candidates!), but might not be worth significant investment on your part. I'd agree that your biggest weakness is lack of post graduation leadership in community and extracurricular activities. I'm also not clear on the breadth and depth of your professional leadership experience, but it sounds like it's strong.
I think target programs from your list would be Yale, Duke, Cornell
Reach would be Wharton, Kellogg, Columbia, Tuck.
I might also consider Booth and Michigan as targets if they interest you. I'd say Yale and Cornell would hopefully be on the 'safe' list, but never hurts to have a true safety on your list.
