Promoted to do strategy & special projects for internal Finance c. Promoted to manager in Global operations Recognized as high performer (top 1%)
Reason for MBA now: Already in a role where my peers are significantly older and want to accelerate development of leadership skills and further develop technical skills. Want to transition into more traditional management consulting and eventually start my own business (I recognize that this is a very typical story, so I am working on my approach).

Have you taken the GMAT? If yes, what is your score? You have a nice profile there, but you will need to work harder on those career goals - both short term and long term- and have more clarity on what you can expect each of your target b-schools to give you.
