Hey there dude,
Well I am missing a bit of info on you and your profile, but let's say that with a 650 your chances are not that good. Even if you had a crazy amazing job and crazy amazing grades, it'd still be tough. Which leads me to think you may want to try and retake the GMAT and apply next year if you want a real shot. ISB has enough applicants with 750 that they don't need to take candidates with a 650, and I'm afraid unless you have some amazing ace in the hole (like your dad is the Minister of Finance) it's gonna be hard.
Hope this aint too direct for you dude, but I feel it's better to get this reality check early on.
Best,
Thanks for the comments... I would like to add up few things if these can help give a better info about me:
I have been managing a company alongside my engineering..it is a small scale heavy machinery company wherein I manage a team of about ten people under me and define the contracts and tenders of the company.
Secondly, during my engineering i used to conduct vocational classes for students in a charity school for 4 years wherein i was teaching english and mathematics.
I also have got a 3 months internship at a IT Company in Dubai during my undergrad and was the chief of external affairs of my college lastly.
But yes, My dad is not the minister of Finance.
Do the above points coupled with solid essays add fairly enough to my profile or u think it would be pure waste of time to even apply ?
Appreciate your quick response
