Hey Dominic,
Very good to hear from you.
Sooo first of all: When are you planning on applying? Because right now, unless you have two weeks of holiday it's unlikely you will come up with great applications by R2, and unless you are going for European MBAs which have later deadlines I'd recommend waiting till R1 next year (which would additionally give you time to retake your GMAT).
I'd estimate that with your current profile and GMAT score you could possibly aim for schools ranked in the 30-50 range (US News) in the US. If you were to boost your GMAT this could change.
I feel like your work experience is pretty strong and that you have a good amount of ECs on the side which should allow you to present a unique and interesting profile (which will be VITAL for you to stand out).
At the same time you may want to adjust your goals somewhat. I'm not an expert in aerospace but I do know that if you intend to work for US aerospace firms, some jobs will not be available to you for security reasons (being non-US and given the links to the defense industry) so I'd definitely advise you looking into that before you propose your goals.
Let me know if you have any other questions,
Best,
Jon
