Profile Evaluation Request

Hello Consultants,
I am from India and am interested to pursue an MBA degree from a reputed MBA college, am location agnostic. I have surmised my profile below. I would like to know from you, if i have a good probability of admission to the schools which i am targeting. Also, i would like to have some suggestions from you as to the range of schools which i should be targeting, given my profile.

GMAT Score : 650 (will retake, targeting 700 and above)
Under graduation Degree : Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Karimnagar ( Tier 1 college in the state of Telangana)
CGPA : 3 out 4

Work Experience : I have 4 and a half years of experience working as a structural analysis engineer. I am currently working with HCL Technologies in India. Our work invlolves computer simulation of Mechanical components and applying loads and appropriate environmental variables to the model and analyze the stresses experienced by the components. The reason i am explaining this is because it is a relatively less known field of work and also the fact that my current employer is largely an IT based company, which my working is unrelated to.

Why an MBA : I am basically looking for growth in my career and i am ready to change both my function as well as industry. I am leaning more towards a career in consulting post mba. Some colleges, such as Schulich offer a course in Strategy Planning. If you can provide me more information about this course as well as names of a few more good colleges, that would be really helpful.

Extra curricular : I was the student body head of the mechanical engineering association of our college. We organized Abhiyaan, the national level technical fest of our college, and i had the reponsibility of overlooking and managing the various committees.

I started a meetup group when i was working in Hyderabad, to bring together working professionals to contribute some of their times on weekends to educate children from under privileged families.

I was an active sports player throughout my school and college days though i haven't played professionally.

Primary Targets : IE Business school, HKUST, ESADE, Carnegie Mellon Tepper ( Please let me know if i have set my bar right)

Secondary Targets : Georgia Tech, Krannert, Smeal, Manchester Business School

I am open for suggestions from you.
