Hi there-- well there are of course no guarantees and the admissions process is holistic, and somewhat subjective, so it all depends upon the overall assessment of everything you submit and how you present yourself etc.... that said with a bit more continuity in your professional history/resume yes hopefully if all else is strong, some or many of those schools should be within reach. I would think another year (i.e. 2018 intake) might be even better odds, for higher-ranked or more competitive schools, but all food for thought based upon your situation and what makes sense for you!
