Hey there good sir!
So let me give you an evaluation based on your current GMAT, and then if your GMAT changes, we can always see how that helps.
So first of all, you have some good solid stuff, but I am lacking detail from you. I need a LOT more info from you - school name, employer name, titles, promotions, greatest achievements, volunteer work, sports, community service, religious involvement, leadership.. etc. before I can give you a real evaluation. I also don't know enough about your work experience from here.
That having been said, anyhow your school list is likely too hard. With a 710, being an Indian Male Tech guy from a non-IIT, Top 10 schools are likely to be out of range.
Anyhow, the good news is that two of the best schools for Oil and Gas are in the Top 30 - Rice and MCombs. And you should definitely be applying to both of those schools. In the meanwhile I would suggest refocusing your school list on the 10-30 range of the ranking, as this will allow you to have good results.
Best,
Jon
