Hello there,
And thanks for dropping by! So, I should first say that as you know, it is hard to evaluate your profile without an ACTUAL GMAT score. It becomes a biiit complicated when you start to get into the whatif this and whatif that...
But let's have a look at what you DO have before we wish you luck on your exam.
So first the good stuff: The fact that you founded and ran a company is ALWAYS good. Now, the strength of this will change in function of how big and successful your company was. (Also information that I lack). The second big strength I see if your leadership of a team of 10. Leadership as always awesome, and 10 is quite a big team.
Next, the neutral stuff: Your employer Tata is a good but not great employer (because lots of applicants come from Tata, so its a relatively huge pool)
The challenges: your GPA - both the GPA and the school itself.
The main thing besides that is your STORY. Now, I am STILL missing info on you - like your volunteer work, your extra curricular, sports, and anything else... and this is REALLY important, because if you apply as "some Indian guy who works at Tata" EVEN as a GOOD candidates with a great GMAT, you will still seem "standard" to the Adcom.. which is why it is sooooooo important that you do what you can to show your unique sides.
Other than that, I don't want to put a damper on your dreams, but with a 58% from a non-top school as an Indian applicant, things are going to be tough in Tier 1 schools (ISB, Booth).. but let's first see what score you come back with on your GMAT before we figure out where you should and could apply,
For now, go kill that GMAT!
