I think you certainly have an interesting story to tell - being a female officer in the Indian military isn't something that many folks come across, period.
However, the one thing that can be a big concern to adcoms is your ability to adjust to life in the West. They may be concerned that the culture shock may be too big at first, and whether that assessment is fair or not - that is what you're up against (and no matter how great your story is, whether you can convince them or not is beyond your control - they will either have that faith in you, or they will be skeptical).
As such, you're really a wild card - they will either give you a chance or they won't, and that is hard to predict. Honestly I don't know. Based on your writing style and tone, my hunch is that you may have some issues with adjusting to b-school culture.
What you need to do is to research some schools (there's only so many top schools, so it's not a huge task), and then narrow down your list to 5-6 schools. Apply, and hope for the best. That's about all you can do and all I can really say at this point.
