I recommend that you take the GMAT test again if you are very interested in attending the business schools you listed or other top programs. The reason is, for example with Chicago Booth, the 80% GMAT score range is 660-760. This means that with your score, you would be applying in the bottom 10th percentile. Although this does not mean you would not be accepted, it is not a preferable position to be in.
Regarding schools you would be interested in, are more interested in entrepreneurship, finance, or international trade? Some schools put more focus into some of these areas than others. Columbia is well regarded for its finance program, but it has also been focused on its entrepreneurship program more recently.
