Now, when you start working professionally, you can utilize next two years very well for getting yourself prepared for top 10 schools of US.
The biggest challenge with the indian candidate (with technical skills/background) is to differentiate himself with the rest of the crowd, you can work on this aspect by
1) taking some leadership positions during work experience (might be a bit challenging for you since you would be a junior, but always insist on taking up responsiblity with leadership position and you might get one or two projects - even if short term ) , this will help you differentiate yourself by offering best combination of leadership skills and techinical skills
2) retake your gmat, i would suggest if you are confident to score 750+ , i would suggest you to retake.
3) dont quit your ECs once you start working professionally, and again take up as many leadership opportunities as you can
