In terms of GMAT, your 660 is below average, especially since you come from an overrepresented demographic in the MBA applicant pool. This could be an obstacle for top programs, especially the top 3.
Of course, you can set yourself apart by calling out the quality of your work experience. Can you draw upon “moments” when you truly led: influenced individuals and organizations, drove results, took initiative? The more you can give color to your abilities, judgment, and demeanor – the “strong leadership profile” that you cite – the more compelling a candidate you will be the admissions committees.
I would add a few more schools in the Ross tier. Fuqua and Darden are some potentially more competitive choices.
